This morning the winds were low, tides were rising and I hoped all the boat traffic folks would be at work. I was correct, and the fish and I had ourselves a private pachanga all morning. In all fifteen reds came and went, all on the same coppertreuse Z-Man Trick Shot lure, lol. I did have to keep moving to keep the party going, but the flats were rockin' all morning. Sixteen miles was a workout, and all the reds were sight-casted along shorelines. I also found a couple of crawlers, but they were small and I gave them a pass - there was enough going on with slot sized fish to keep me busy. Now for a couple of hours at the office and then ...working out at the gym with my son tonight is probably going to hurt a bit.

Oh well, not sorry I partied so hard, lol.

I like the last one. From that angle it looks like he's wearing diamond and heart tattoos.

Roy's has them, and I use the 1/10th ounce Finesse Bulletz jig head. It's weedless and light enough to sometimes avoid scaring spooky fish. When I throw a paddle tail for roaming schools, the Texas Eye jig head in 1/8 is perfect. At Roy's ask for Joe - he knows the Z-man stuff pretty well and can show you the best ways to rig them up.

I appreciate your info, I was thinking Roys but was not sure.

Thanks again, and watch those sharks around your legs offshore in your yak.
