they did....I got the USACE permit for both BL and that peninsula back in 2005, and we put some of the dredge from BL on the peninsula to build it up...
BUT, I didn't get them the permit to bulkhead all around it and back fill on top of the seagrasses....pretty sure no one did

Is there any update on this matter, a public hearing or further notices. Although I am only a couple of houses down from Coach Zia I have not received the notice Zia received. Maybe someone was just playing with Coach Zia's head?  |

we all need to keep our eyes on the planning commission agenda for the city of corpus christi here https://corpuschristi.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx
they meet a couple times a month, and this is where it will show up first

I do not...I"m a consultant that gets permits through USACE....still waiting on Laguna Shores permit....LOL

So to make sure I understand something further up in this thread...
They don't, and can't own the ramp itself?
I can launch and park on the street for free and not worry about being towed?
That makes them purchasing and closing the roads/access even more problematic..
