So my android phone never cuts off text, but here I am on my wifes I pad and get the cut off. Is this an apple only thing? If so I am going back to the phone

Ghost in the Machine, within phpBB coding in an HTML world.

It's typically a punctuation, a quote, or any other 'special character'. It's also the bane of copy&paste.

Don't ask me how it works, I just know it does. It you're on a device where you know there will be an issue, type the message out - then before you send it, edit the special characters by backspace to erase them, and type them again?!?!?! Rolling Eyes It can be a pain, but it works.

Ya I figured a way around it. Never messed with me before the I pad so it was kind of funny to see happen to others but now it is just annoying

My posts from my iPhone get cut off all of the time whenever and wherever I add an apostrophe to text on this site.
