| Just FYI. Bluff Landing is trying even more to drive out the locals. They now want $20 for a launch fee and $20 for overnight parking. Sounds like they are just trying to drive out actual fishermen so they can use the parking lots for their two overpriced restaurants that cater to the tourist crowd. |

| I never go there, I prefer to launch from NAS. (It's nice to come back to unsmashed windows and an empty parking lot) Is there that much tourist trade at the place? |

| I've not launched there in a long time, but when I did a couple of years ago it was $5. Has it been more in the interim or are they moving from $5 to $20 for the launch? I guess I can understand the need for parking for the restaurant, because they obviously have a lot invested there, but how does that cause an increase for the launch? |

| Hey bayfly, next they'll be wanting to buy both of our houses. Every other house that goes up for sale in the area they purchase for short-term rentals |

I thought they were going to build a separate parking lot for trucks/trailers at Wyndale St at Spring Ln? _________________ "In your guts you know he's nuts"

Absolutely they will. They perceive the locals as a nuisance that they would prefer not to bear. |

| Asking someone to put up with all of the floating grass on their trailer upon every launch and to pay $20 per launch is kind of much from my perspective. |

I sure don't agree with this, because from all I have witnessed it's primarily locals who patronize the place. FWIW, I have never been in the marina store when everyone there was not very polite and helpful. However, I have not eaten in the new restaurant, and unless my wife just insist I'm not planning to. Personally, having less people launch sounds great to me, because if I need to drive by the marina I might be able to without some over anxious boater wanting to back over me, as I pass. The marina's use of a public street, as part of their launch facilities is about the only concern I have ever had of their entire operation. That being said, the grass, which I try to avoid, is not their fault, but is due to where the marina is situated. Maybe crooked Biden advised them to raise their prices? |

Since they let Mick go, I was in there a week or so ago and met one of the owners manning the register.
He was nice enough, but when I bought some skrimps I asked for a qt and he gave me like a dozen. When I called him on it, he said sure, no problem and gave me some more.
He also didn't know how to make the gas pumps work, had to call someone to figure it out.
I give em less than a yr before they run it in the ground...
Sad really.... _________________ Steve-O

It used to be $5. Now it is $10.
$20 is outrageous. |

And the public street between their ramp and parking lot is trashed. |

Does anyone know if they offer an annual pass? Maybe that would be the more cost efficient way to go? _________________ Great captains, the stuff of legend, are made not by what they have caught, but by what they have given back. |

| I have inquired before, but a couple of years ago, so I don't know about their current practices. At the time of my inquiry they stated a price, but for launching only, because I would not have been parking in their lot. |
