Pomps were thick and big, 4lbers all morning, could only keep 2 rods out. I have only been here 10 years but this seems to be a great year for pomp size and numbers. No reds, saw mullet schools crussing south harried by trout but i caught nothing on the mullet rod all morning. Pomps kept me too busy to fish mullet hard. Driving still soft 19-25mm even with low water, and as a result that area is bussier then 10-18mm. I was amazed how many people got out there for October, but it was beautiful out. No pics sorry

They were still thick at 30MM Sunday morning. We loaded up on pomps.
