Thought I'd try the south Jetty since it was open for the weekend. Got to the end at daybreak, managed only one Jr. Jack with the silver spoon. The slight chance of rain turned into definite rain and wind out of the SE switched to out of the N. Quite a few boats off the end fishing bait on the bottom. Only a few
slot reds caught. The usual holiday weekend folks scattered down the jetty. No one had anything to write home about, mostly hardheads and small sharks. Water was pretty dirty but by the time I left it was clearing some at the end. Left by 11.
