I've done them straight on the grill inside the shell. Tabasco drop on them after they start to ooze. This cajun recipe sounds even better.

Here are some good recipes from Jon Bonnell's restaurant in Fort Worth. The grilled oyster one is good!

They look good, but ain't nobody making a quality gumbo in 40 minutes!!!

I gave my Drago's recipe to a Winter Texan. He fixed some last week, "sissy style"(no Tabasco or Cayenne, and with lame cheese). No comparison to the real thing, properly fixed. Yankees!

Rather than cooking them in their shell, or with the individual foil pans Drago's will sell you, we buy disposable foil muffin tins at Dollar Tree, 2 for $1.00. We can cook six per pan, and with four pans, we can keep two on the grille and two on the table, then swap them out and keep on cooking and eating. Plus, when you're done, everything goes in the trash. No nasty pans to wash!
