FG is great been using it years. For tying braid to 20lb flourocarbon its amazing. It like a chinese finger torture device harder u pull more it grabs ive found no other reliable comparison suergon knot close. But its my go to gets easier n easier remember to pinch u can tie it in wind n cold patience is key. Good knot= more fish landed.
Be on the water manana early look for rfl with wilde coyote anc acme rockets on back gott see ride in my new helm seats.
Yall have fun be in laguna somewhere. _________________ Long time avid fisherman rod builder. |

| FG is all I use on my braid to fluorocarbon because it goes thru my micro guides smoothly. |

I tie the fg. I agree with most others, the more you tie it, the easier it gets, even in a rocking boat with the wind blowing 20. If I'm at home tying it, I'll add super glue to the knot, but it doesn't need it. _________________ Great captains, the stuff of legend, are made not by what they have caught, but by what they have given back. |

Actually I was trying for sarcastically subtle. _________________ Don - permanent prescription of salt water therapy. |

| Fg, palomar, and double uni are my go 2s. Been using them for so long that I forgot how to tie any other type of knot. |
