My friend, Steve, called and offered to take me fishing today. He said he would have to take his RV back over to the lot where he has his boat, pick up his boat, comeback, drive in from Anaville. I said Steve, just come over and we'll go out my boat. Well we went out and in the first hour we got 9 fish. Next hour we only got one. But sent him home with a limit of trout fillets. Most of the bigger ones we let go today including several over 20. Fun time on the water with a great friend.

Kind of reminds me of someone saying " why doesn't someone ask me to go fishing?" Laughing

The bite was real strange today. It was very, very subtle. had to reel in the baits very slow and bounced on the bottom. A lot of times that fish would pick it up and you would hardly know you had anything on it until you got too close to the boat. many times the fish never even bit all the way up on the hook but just grabbef the tail of my sand eel. Then when you got it by the boat they would just open there mouth and swim away.
