Went down PINS Saturday after lunch until sundown. I knew it would be super windy but went out anyway. Lots and lots of crowds but it sorta started to thin out after the 5mm. Water was close to 80 degrees and clarity was decent, but still a bit cloudy. Weed was not excessive. Caught a bonnethead, multiple good size whiting, pin perch, and some huge hard heads, I swear one could have been close to state record but who really wants that accolade ? Twisted Evil

Sunday hit the sticks before sunrise and headed north fishing a couple spots. water was cloudier and at about 930 weed started washing out my lines.
Both days had two lines with cut/live whiting/mullet, and a third with shrimp and fish bites. whiting and bonnethead on shrimp. monster hard heads on cut bait.

After a double hook up of hardhead Sunday morning gave up about 10 and took a slow drive up the beach route through whitecap. Not to end on a sour note but the beach bogans are coming out now in full force, had to stop multiple times along the drive back to pick up glass bottles left next to partially extinguished fires. As a reward though I found a nice new, tag still on, life vest near the dunes. I claimed it, but if you or someone you know lost it...and are not one of the people leaving canopy skeletons in the dunes...PM me with the brand and size, and I'll get it back to you.

Good on you for policing the glass, and you are correct - skeletons were thick south of Bob Hall this weekend.
