I FISHED Lighthouse Lakes today. Not much catching. Also after reading Zias report I feel better about myself. Launched from the big drain to the east of the covered gazebo. I wanted to work my way back around to the flats across from the old casino boat dock. Needless to say the wind & my barge had different thoughts. I worked middle of the lakes. I worked mangroves & points. I hit cuts as well. I threw a bone spook jr. Trout Support grass walker & a gold spoon. Of course there was a cork & shrimp in the mix. thanks for the report - two nice trout

Where I've found good fish on LHL are probably farther paddles than you want to take on.
I know Jim has a friend who fishes there often and does really well.

I do not mind a good paddle. If I know that is going to happen I will bring my Tarpon & not the Diablo. I need to improve my fish finding skills as well as my soft plastic game. Thought I was working structure properly. Every time I think I am improving I have a day where I struggle to find a bite.
