I found an article that interviewed a 69 year old pulmonologist (lung doctor) that contracted Cocid-19. He knew what was happening in his body, but even he was surprised by the way it made him feel. If you are not scared, well, never mind. Here it is:

You make a fantastic point, and I;m glad (as an airport employee) you get it. Hopefully the masses will soon. What took over train transportation? Air transportation! So shut the terminals and shut down domestic air travel....4-6 weeks max. Let them have their stimulus money, and then let them deep clean EVERYTHING. If the numbers don;t drop I'll buy you all a beer. _________________ All things will pass. Have a Blessed day. |

I have not thought about closing the airlines down, but do think anyone entering a plane should pass the 15 min.test to eliminate the virus being spread. |

bd0202 is right. Covid-19 didn't swim here from China or Europe. It probably didn't come on a cruise ship. Airplanes brought it. Shut down airports. Limit vehicle travel from "hot spots" and it'll die a death from isolation.
But that won't happen. We might infringe on the rights of the priveledged, at a huge cost to the majority.
TexasJim, quarantined in Rockport. Water, water, everywhere, but nary a ramp to use! _________________ TexasJim

I think it (covid-19) was already here, long before anyone really knew about it. There are too many similarities to the "colds" everyone was having back in late November, December and January. It seems many folks had the exact symptoms, but never got any definitive diagnosis, and it was quite often treated with a Z-Pack, cold meds and steroids. We'll see one day I guess. _________________ Live Full |

I had that mysterious "cold" back in january and so did my wife. I'll spare the details but exactly like you said same symptoms and that exact treatment. I'm very curious how this all plays out. |
