When is someone going to pull the plug so all this water gets drained out of Laguna and the fishing starts picking up?

We arrived in Houston for a several day stay the evening before the flood last weekend and I'm sure everyone effected wished it was that easy to drain the swamp! We were at the The Texas Children's Hospital which is on a high area near Rice University and did not experience any flooding, but it was all around us. We stayed put and did not venture out, due to the TV reports. This was reportedly the third major flood Houston has experienced in a short period of time, and I can't imagine there is not going to be some significant efforts to solve the problem, and I'm sure it's going to be cheap! Cool
