I see in pics that they have a pipeline heading on shore, and that the south jetty was closed for a while, but where are they dumping it?

I don't know if this helps, but I stumbled across this website the other day looking for something entirely different. But if you zoom in on the channel and jetties at Port A, it shows navigational charts for the area marking a "dump zone for dredged material" just parallel to and offshore of the south jetty. Now it does mention that dump zone info is from 2005-2006ish, but if that's the designated area still, then that's probably the answer.

The map makes perfect bureaucratic sense if true. The predominate SE flow can push the dredge material right back toward the jetties. Shocked

We passed the dredge ship on the way offshore and back the week of the 4th, and yes it was depositing material parallel to the beach maybe a mile to 2 miles offshore,
