That's my name for this..
1 1/2 chicken breasteses pounded out flat, with a link of boudin crumbled on top, a layer of sopressata, slice tomatoes, a layer of provolone, and some spinach, with a grape oil drizzle and Parmesan.
350 for 45 minutes. Then on a broil for 5 more minutes.
Topped with some Sambal Oelek pepper/garlic sauce!!!

We did something similar with a deer loin back when we lived in NY. Wrapping good food inside really good food is awesome! |
