There will be a memorial service held for Stan this coming Friday, August 24, at the Waldron Road Baptist Church at 5 pm [2042 Waldron Rd.]
Following the service, there will be a wake held, one final "fish fry", back at Stan's place at his workshop for friends to share their favorite memories of Stan. No fish fried, but a potluck gathering that is BYOB. All are welcome.

I still don't think it has fully hit me yet, but yes, it was good seeing a few characters there, but there were also some characters that were obviously missing....
in addition, Debbie is selling Stan's boat, the "Flat Bottom Girl"....the ad is in the Classifieds, and you all know this boat has Stan's mojo that goes with it...check it out and pass on the word to interested parties...
