Made a lunch trip to the North Sticks and all of the progress that the surf had made of the past week or so pretty much went down the drain......... Sad

It was Yoohoo out to the third bar, and the temps bottomed out yet again. Lots of chewed up seagrass, and tiny tar balls to round out the Daily Double.

On a positive note, the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council holds it's quarterly meetings here in CC @ the downtown Omni Hotel next week. There is plenty of chance to get on the record for your favorite issue, and see the actions of the Council up close and personal.

bummer on the surf conditions....I was considering chasing some tarpon...

yeah, y'all need to make an effort to get out to the Gulf council meeting downtown next week at the Omni....I hear that public comment is Wednesday starting at 1:30pm...that will be the real three ring circus worth attending...

Do you guys see the surf cleaning up the next few days? I'm making a 9 hour drive from North Texas tomorrow morning and will be on PINS till Monday.

landlocked, I wish those were my handywork. It's just an imagine I found on the Google and used it for artistic effect in my post on the Gulf Council and how fishing rules are made.....

But I used that one because they really do look like some excellent bangers.
