Getting ready to depart from North Padre to South Padre and wondering if anyone has been from thru the cut pass Mansfield lately ??
I had my son from the coast guard run several times last year and had overheating problems because of all the grass. He said there were areas that you could land a plane on.
Big adventure running around 42 m.p.h. all the way, may not even stop at Mansfield.
Thanks for any updates way down south. |

Going through the cut is the easiest part of the trip. Wish I could ride along. _________________ Like Corpusfishing.com on Facebook! |

Awesome trip running the cut to Port Isabel made many trips in my younger days on my step dads boat. Even better when you stop and camp along the way easy on a 40 ft bay shrimper. _________________ I LIKE MINE FRIED. |
