Finally after only fishing once since my heart surgery i'm going out tomorrow to help a friend celebrate his birthday. Oh I could have gone plenty of times but I got into this walking 5 miles a day now and losing weight. I've been invited but it seems like everytime I get invited its when I really have something to do like a drs appt. tides are low but spirits are high. I sold DMAC's boat yesterday at the request of his wife to a guy from San Antonio who knew a good deal, bought from the pictures alone. Hey its a sweet rig ready to go. I've lost a lot of friends in the past few years in my age group its like I'm almost the Last man standing. I have lost 70 lbs got 30 more to go they are the hardest. I plan on sticking around. Hopefully there will be a redfish report tomorrow. Headed out for my walk have a blessed day everyone.

Congrats on helping out with that boat, and with losing the weight. Walking 5 miles a day - awesome. What about diet changes , whats working for you on this incredible weight drop?

Keep up the good work Stan, there is nothing like walking to get the weight off. It's improves the function of your entire circular system.
