| So, according to park rangers at PINS, they think it is highly likely surf will reach the dunes Sunday/Monday... Not the news I was looking for but I thought others might be interested. |

It's been pretty narrow at high tide already...with STS Alberto pushing water our way, it's almost guaranteed with the new dune line Harvey left behind.
