Did some shopping at HEB this morning and stop by to see Stan and got home 12:30 ish. Winds had died down and I wasn't planning on fishing but decided to go out. Stan, if I knew I was going out I would have asked you. Went out in a pita area and water as I thought was really ugly. 2 minute honey hole did not produce a thing. Went a little further out towards some islands and was using various color gulps under a cork. Got one small hook up. Switched to a root beer with a chartreuse tail bouncing on a bottom and found some fish. Caught three undersized trout and three Keepers including a nice fat 18 in. The wind then shifted from Southeast to the East and I couldn't locate the fish anymore. That's okay cuz it was time to come back in and do some more work around the house before I have to go play softball this evening.

Thanks for stopping by the other day! Its so nice to see my brothers from the hood. It does get boring being retired sometimes. I need a part time job one or 2 days a week.
