All the reviews are positive and it may be one for the bucket-list. Would have never thought to keep one, but now I may just have to try.

Although the species in the video is most similar to our Least or Southern puffers (Genus Sphoeroides). They don't get very big, unlike the smooth puffer (which I think is what aardvark would be talking about) that can get upwards of a foot++. Wonder if the same holds for the Genus Lagocephalus ??? Taste-wise, as our local smooth puffer is also not poisonous.

But not ALL local Sphoeroides puffers are non-toxic, so make sure you know your puffers before you partake! Wink
