I found it way down in the freezer..
frozen in water...
whole w/o heat and gutted...
we're gonna do a shrimp boil, soon but mrs kweber is not a shrimp fan...(I'm still trying...
anyway so I've baked them before w/the usual slashes and seassoned butter-garlic rub..
any tips?

Try Fiesta Uncle Chris Gourmet Fish Seasoning, Its good stuff.

Where can you get the fish seasoning? I looked at the plus and didn't see any. I use the gourmet steak on almost everything as it is great stuff.

my local heb carries it in the spice isle.

Heb should have it, maybe check the fish section at the plus. I honestly love the fish seasoning more then the meat
Tastes awesome on grilled steak and crispy mollejas

Stuff it with boudin and smoke roast, or bake...
