If anyone needs help hauling survival supplies, generators, and such to the Rockport area I have a truck and I'm retired. Can't do much physical work but I can drive and deliver. We drove up that way today the devastation was so bad we turned around and came home not something you want to take pics of and show your friends. Very sad.

I heard they were only letting Rockport residents and emergency personnel in at the moment. I was telling my wife that I want to be part of helping them rebuild or clean up. I heard it's not possible til next week when they start letting volunteers in. I'll let you know if I hear different. We were blessed to not have any damage, just no power. I feel like I need to do my part and pay it forward. My prayers are definitely with those that got it much worse than. I did.

I went to Aransas Pass and Rockport Saturday morning to check on some people that stayed behind whose family members had evacuated and lost contact during Harvey. They were fine but the damages are really bad. Lots of total losses. The cell service was out so they had no way to make or recieve calls.
