Believe it or not it was the first time we did it and it came out great.

I seasoned it with chupacabra seasoning and browned it on the bbq grill after the coals had cooled down a bit. Then I wrapped it in foil and put it in the crock pot overnight on low.
It came out great. Of course we hit it with lime juice, cilantro, jalapenos, and red onions, avocado and a little cheese, valentina, and chicharrones.

Looks really good! What cut of meat did you use?
Don't know if I would use Chupacabra for that but it IS my current favorite grilling spice. Everyone I have turned on to the stuff absolutely LOVE it.
