Found it's ACE for dredging and maintenance. USCG for navigation.
I've seen them both working on the markers.

Not that long ago, 2-3 years depending on the exact area. We had a floater directly in front of our cabin south of Baffin until 2 years ago, that's when all the floaters down that way were done away with. |
