Fish caught in the backyard, shrimp netted at HEB, fries rounded up at Sam's Club. Would been a tiny bit better in the shrimp came off the back deck. Either way you won't find this at any restaurant. The coating on on the fish compliments of of a friend in North Carolina it's called House Autry. Not my coating but it's pretty darn good. Nice light coating and a good crunch spicy with a little heat. Try it. cheers IMS....
