Everything is in writing and it's in English. Pictures they need instructional pictures like cartoon pictures, or they won't get it. Come to think of it pictures may be to hard to understand. It's like the trash cans not 50ft from them is a pile of trash.

I believe that THRASHERS consider it their duty to leave trash behind for others to pick up. And I tend to be one of those suckers that pick, at least some of it, up.

I'll see your Star Wars quote, and raise you with one of my personal favorites:

"The Castle Anthrax ????"
"Yes, it's not a very good name, is it?"

Sunday while sitting on my back porch we had a storm role through the island. No rain across from Bob Hall but very heavy winds. I went for a ride from Bob Hall to South Pac yesterday morning and there was easily 50 pop ups laying by the garbage cans on that small stretch of beach. Beach maintenance guys were loading them into a truck and into the bucket of a front loader.

The "skeletons" were far more numerous than I have ever seen after a Holiday Weekend. I lost count from S. Bob Hall to the North Sticks.

You'd think people would notice that and stop buying a product with an obvious defect????? I mean, they are ALL broken in the same locations, regardless of manufacturer.

Cheap is as cheap does........ Cool

"Listen, strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government! Supreme executive power arises from a mandate of the masses, not from some farce aquatic ceremony!"

Definitely didn't want to hijack the thread, but if you throw a Holy Grail quote out there...

"This is Red Leader. Stay on target" Very Happy

Throw I shall!!!!

CS:[in relation to the 'organism who shall not be named'] Follow. But! Follow only if ye be men of valor! For the entrance to these surf waters is guarded by a creature so foul, so cruel, that no man yet has fought with it... and lived! BONES of full fifty 'snook' lie *strewn* about its lair! So! Brave Knights! If you do doubt your courage or your strength, come no further, for death awaits you all with nasty, big, pointy teeth....
[Makes fangs with his fingers and holds them in front of his mouth]

hey it's not just a CC area problem...
during Fiesta in SA there are hundreds of trash cans mostly empty and after the parades, front-end loaders are used to clean the streets...
I've seen parents tell children to throw it on the ground...
really...

CS: Is that your broken pop-up tent?

Trashers: No, not ours. Nope. Definitely not.

CS: Its sitting by your camp? If its not yours, how did it get here?

Trashers: The swallow may fly south with the sun or the house martin or the plover may seek warmer climes in winter, yet these are not strangers to our land?

CS: Are you suggesting broken pop-up tents migrate??!!

Trashers: ...not at all...they could be carried...

CS: What? A swallow carrying a broken pop-up tent?

Trashers: It could grip it by the legs.

CS: Its not a question of where he gribs it, its a question of weight ratios! A five ounce bird could not carry a 20 lb broken pop-up tent!

Tyler: it could be carried by an African Swallow!

CS: <facepalm>
