Not sure if it is the angle of the camera or the light but the water does look better than it has been reported.

Hope it is clearing, heading down for a long weekend on 8/11.

It's the light. It was very muddy yesterday afternoon at South Packery.

Drove the sticks to Bob Hall at lunch, and it looked better than it has for week(s).

Lots of lounging birds, many black terns, almost looked normal

With the terns, the end of summer is right around the corner....

been looking at it every day this week and it looks like the green water keeps inching closer to shore. Hope that trend continues for when I am down next week.
