Seen posts about people's pets fighting back from injury or illness. Heard the pain when that pet lost the battle. Well my wife is fighting cancer. Two surgeries in ten days. Radiation and chemotherapy to look forward to. This is my life partner. Know that we're not the only ones to have faced this battle. The battle gets real personal when it's your loved one. This is my "life partner". We're scared & hurting. Putting things in the Lords hands.

Most of you I do not know. There are some of you that I do know. Just informing you that this forum is a release for me. Living your trips & adventures through your posts is a brief escape. Realize that I'm posting and commenting a lot but hope you understand better now.

Say a prayer for ALL CANCER patients it's an EPIC BATTLE

Lord,
You have taught me that faith as small as a mustard seed can grow into an amazing tree.
Today I give you my little seed of faith. I place it firmly in the ground of your word. I water it with truth. The warmth of your love will make it grow.
Today I ask by faith that you would bring healing from this cancer. I place my trust in you. May this seed sow healing into every area where the tumour has emerged. May it grow into a strong work, redeeming and restoring with great strength and power.

O God, in our hearts, we name those who are facing illness and pain. We join our prayers with the prayers of all who love them. Give them renewed comfort and courage. Strengthen in them the healing powers You have placed within us all. Guide the hands and heart of those who are entrusted with their care.

May the knowledge of your love and ours give added hope to them and to their dear ones. May they find even greater strength because our prayers are linked with theirs.
