Anyone have a water level report for the ULM?

It was pretty high last weekend and I'd be surprised if it dropped much in the last few days. Despite the crowds and weather we're going to give it our best this weekend. I'll be sure to post reports as we get them.

Water level is still high but it has dropped some. However the wind forecast for the weekend no lookie to good. But that can change too.

this high water is making it tough to fish some of my favorite wading spots. I hope it gets back to normal soon. I hopped out of the boat in baffin last week and had the water up to my chest where it's normally waist deep. and when you're a short guy like me, every inch of vertical real estate counts

Weather reports have been impossible to trust lately but the wind is usually spot on. Wind doesn't look great this weekend but we'll make due.

I was in Nighthawk last week with chest deep water in some spots that should have been waist deep. The fish we're really tough to figure out last weekend, and I expect it to be similar this weekend.

Too much water + Too much bait= Bring plenty of beer

I have used many stations over the years but now I just stick with weather bug. The wind forecast for the area are usually spot on. Plus this time of year when there is a low pressure up North we tend to have strong on shore flows for a week or better. ba-da-bing-ba -da -boom.

Thanks IMS that's really helpful to know! I'll definitely keep that in mind when planning future trips.
