Anyone ever fish it? Surf fishing doesn't look like it will be in the forecast for sometime and from what I have read about the lake, it's like back home with bluegills and bass. Any info is appreciated. Will have time to try and fish it after our vacation trip outta town.  |

Ive been fishing it for about 20 years now. The place is pretty fished out. Your best bet is to hit up lake corpus Christi only 15 to 20 min from alice.

| darnnnn! I miss fresh water fishing and the salt is a big pain to fish in. Need some bass in my life again. |
