| Went gigging last night (Thursday, 1/7) out of Aransas Pass, and got one. It seems the run is pretty much over. Saw 2-3 other gigging boats out. Last trip of season for me. |

All the big females have already made their way back to the Gulf. The only thing left are the small males. We are still giggin a few flounder here and there but the main focus now is limits of sheepshead & drum.
