| Mary and I hit SBH this morning just after sunrise. Were joined a short while later by her friend Delilah. Set one rod up with shrimp and fish bites while I casted for mullet. First cast I get two mullet and A net full of shad. Several more nets full of shad but no more mullet and they had disappeared as well. Caught a lot of whiting , 6 big ones I kept and filleted for Delilah. Also got a 24 inch drum thst she took home. No bulls in the surf today. While leaving I saw Yakman and his wife Marty. They were fishing north of Packery. They said water was dirty over there and also no mullet. He just was able to get 4. Still looking for those big bull to be running. |

Is there any kind of fishing you don't do? Only place I can think of is hearing of you fishing the jetties. You always seem to manage to scratch out a few fish no matter what. Good catching.

I don't do piers. Jetties are in. |
