Skipper brought me a gallon of fresh picked Mustang grapes and a recipe for making wine that he got from his Uncle. I didn't have the required time to do that so instead I boiled them down with a cup or two of water and then strained them so I could at least use them before they went bad.
I ended up with about 2/3's of a Mason Jar of juice. So I thought "Hey I can do a riff on Raspberry/Chipotle BBQ sauce with these."

Here I added to 2 cups of processed juice about three tablespoons dark brown sugar, a few shots of soy sauce a teaspoon and a half of dry mustard and two or three chipotle peppers in adobo, a shot of honey and a squeeze of lemon and reduced that until it was a thin syrup. I adjusted the sugar and chipoptles to taste.

It turned out so good I used the rest of the juice and did the same thing. Tasted great on pork grilling strips and pork ribeyes. It would be the bomb on bbq'd pork belly.
