The trout are still swarming around my light but, unlike the last couple of weeks, are not as voracious.
I'm still throwing the same 3 lures as I have been but now most of the time I can see them turn, swim after it to investigate, them turn away. Interesting. If I was fishing the HH during the day I would probably say "the fish aren't here today" and move on. Now I might be more apt to try a little longer and maybe change things up a bit. |

Zia, the barometer took a big drop Sunday and really has not recovered yet.
From what I am told the fish feeding slow way down when that happens.
When I see it start back up toward 30" I am going to go and test that info out. _________________ Willee 361-563-1303 |

| That can certainly happen... but usually there is less of an affect at night. Maybe they fed right before you got there. |
