I found the coolest ice cream recipe I have ever seen.
1 quart half and half
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 teaspoons vanilla
mix ingredients and pour into container with 3 or 4 inches headspace. Put plastic wrap over it and push down to touch and cover mixture. Put in freezer for 3 or 4 hours until it is slushy and almost frozen. Blend with mixer at high speed for several minutes, breaking up ice crystals and pumping air into mixture. It will rise 2 or 3 inches as you mix it. Put back in freezer with plastic wrap touching and covering mixture and finish freezing. Eat and enjoy.
If you want to add additional ingredients fold in after blending before final freeze.
Try it - I swear it tastes just like the cooked, churned homemade ice cream we used to have to crank forever. _________________ Now that food has replaced my sex life I can't even get into my own pants!!!!!!!!

| I've been looking for an ice cream recipe in where you don't need an ice cream maker. Might have to give it a try |

Remember, the closer to frozen it is when you blend it and the more air you blend into it - the lighter it is. I've noticed that if I don't get enough air into it the bottom third can be rather hard. _________________ Now that food has replaced my sex life I can't even get into my own pants!!!!!!!!

Snow??? Where do you find snow around here? Sounds like you don't get to make it too often. _________________ Now that food has replaced my sex life I can't even get into my own pants!!!!!!!!
