Tough 48 hours here for our family. Our first and only cat has come up missing, and I fear taken due to her friendly personality. She freely travels inside and out of the house and knows the sound of my boat being backed in the driveway to greet me when in from fishing....... to be fed immediately. She has been a no show. I've turned this side of the Bluff upside down trying to find her. Signs are posted, on lost pet hotline, called vet offices, etc.

Her name is "Wigeon". Solid black in color. Short hair. On the skinny side. Had a faded pink collar on with our info. Very affectionate and laid back.

I know this is a long shot, but if y'all know of anyone that has found this cat or recently adopted one that fits the description....... please let me know.

We are big pet lovers and this is just killing us.

have you listed with lost pet hot line, facebook rescue 361, and watch craigslist for free black cat. I will keep eye out I am hoping she is fixed other wise could wander off to take a walk on the wild side. good luck

We received a phone call from a lady on Herring St. last night around 9:00.Wigeon showed up at her place. She is now home safe, healthy, with a couple of battle scars. Thanks so much to those who reached out to help us.
