Started early and loaded up with three dozen PERFECT croaker. Headed to the surf and was north of fish pass before the sun was up. Heading toward the jetty we see a bait ball getting smashed, jump out and cast skip jacks upon skipjacks. Continued on down the beach stop again more skipjacks and lots of bait. Make it to the rocks and we start catching bluefish not much bigger then our croakers, amazed me how fast the would eat the croaker head to tail, then when you brought them onto the rocks tiny pieces of chewed up croaker went every where.
Left there and headed to a hole on Jp luby...... Nothing!
Got tired of not catch some I went to one of my secret spots and caught my limit of nice fat trout pretty quick and released one that was 25" to 26"
Heading to pins later this evening to run baits will fill y'all in later!
