I have a bowtech assassin sd (short draw). I love it. They dont make them anymore but im sure you can still find one. Bowtech has a few bows that will go down to 26" draw. Im actually looking at getting one of their newer bows for a backup. What is your draw length?

My wife has been shooting a Fred Bear Lights Out, not a bad bow. I'd say go with something you like that's similar to yours. All the same standard stuff applies, Bowtech, Mathews, and Hoyt being top of the line. I bought my son a Diamond Carbon Cure, it's a darn nice bow as well and a smooth shooter.
