I've never fished Baffin Bay but hear many good reports about it. Is it only accessible by boat, or can you drive your vehicle there and kayak/wade fish?

The northwest corner is accessable by truck just google map where the roads dead end into the water. All road accessible spots take the SE wind into the face making it unpopular to kayak unless you go on a good day and the water is usually brown.

You could probably kayak the north end of Baffin, as said, but Baffin is no place for a kayak. The wind can turn Baffin into a rough spot for a good sized power boat even going with the wind! I encourage you to consider other areas to kayak. BTW, I'm a kayaker, as well as a power boater, and I would not consider trying to fish Baffin in a kayak unless I just wanted to be a statistic! Smile
