Looking for a cabin or some kind of lodging in april. Want to stay out there for a weekend and fish. The only boat ramp area I am familiar with is NAS. But does anybody know of a good place to stay that would be close to boat access and not too expensive? Thanks for all the advice in advance! _________________ Flounder Slayer

On the water or on land? Captain Carl has a couple of cabins within a very short boat ride of the NAS boat ramps(one near the boat hole and one just the other side of the JFK near Humble Channel).

Good luck.

| Have a place that just a few blocks from both Bluff's Landing and Laguna Shores Marina. Plenty of rooms for both cars and boats. Send me a PM if that interests you. |

I am running Captain Carls Cabins. We have 4 cabins that are available to rent. We have updated our website , you can find lots of great information regarding the cabins. The cabins have also been updated with new cabinets, counter tops and fresh paint. Please let me know if you have any questions , I can be reached by phone, email or text.

Don't think the cabins on the water would work out, would really like to bring my dogs, which are both crate trained. But I'm using the excuse of romantic getaway for the wife so that i can fish.. She wants to fish too, but im gonna have to be able to take her to dinner and stuff. _________________ Flounder Slayer

Clarks Inn in Port O'Conner has your own boat dock and ramps. During the Summer you can catch king fish in 10 minutes at the end of the Jetty at sunrise, then go target Trout and Red's. pull up to Sunday beach and have fun finding sand dollars. got it all.
