Now that the limit on flounder has went back up to 5 for the sports fisherman and 30 for us commercial guys things are right back to normal !! A lot of guys are having trouble finding em but not us. You need to watch the tides very carefully and make a strategic plan, as each night the elusive flounder is always on the move. I have noticed that every night I fish they are never in the same place from previous trips. It can be very difficult for the amateur gigger this time of year bc they fish are just about done running and are getting harder to find.

The one on the left is 6.6lbs & on the right she went 8.7lbs !!!

Why are you avoiding my question? Do you not like making money? I know I do. Why would anyone in their right mind buy a $7,000-10,000 TX Fin-Fish license and not sell fish? And buy a guide license as you have claimed, and not guide people?

Because I work full time. Run commercial occasionally on days off when it's not blowing. Why you so worried about it ? Sounds like u may be a flounder guy as well.

Gig on
