Thanks a lot for the kind words IMS. We definitely need to go do some fishin/floundering in the near future !!! Pretty soon I'm gna have to buy a bigger boat with all my boys that I have now.

We'll be cooking TexMex and making "Maseratis" for the next door neighbors, who have watched over or place and gathered the mail for the last two weeks while we were (and still are) in Vero Beach.

Fredericksburg Crawfish Festival on Sat. Smoking some pork shoulder and ribs Sunday. Monday...relaxing and eating leftovers.
