Got in the pier at exactly midnight. .. bait of choice was crab and frozen sea lice.

Landed a 38" within 15 minutes of getting to the pier on crab claws.
Around 2 hours later landed a 30... I thought I had finally landed a keeper because it measured 29 but with a crimped tail it was a hair over 30 so... it was released also.
Then at about 345 my buddy John had a fish on and while reeling it in my drag went off... we both were able to land twins haha.. both were in the 37-38" range.. Had a great night. Wind was about 5-10 mph and current was really strong along with a lot sea grass

Completely jealous. I may have to suck it up and go fishing without the mr just so I can get on some fish. Not to mention my freezer is completely empty Shocked
