if your at any of the popular drum spots this time of year your crazy if you think your going to have it all to your self, the boats will stack up in these spots. Now if it was just some random spot I can see your point

Of course not! My main focus in life is to belittle people over the internet... I'm a horrible person...

I just see so many posts that are out of control grammatically and no one says anything. It's like we're all supposed to just accept it and move on.

Transfer my problem with this post to real world scenarios: I've paid bills before and the cashier can't count change because they're incapable of doing math (the perfect employee to keep around)... I've been to college where teachers expect their students to put forth tremendous efforts for their class while they give out assignments loaded in errors... I go to Stripes and ask for a chorizo and potato taco and get a chorizo and egg. I try to correct the order but the person behind the register can't comprehend her mistake. So I had to leave before I made a scene (wonder how many people had that same interaction that day??)... I see videos of politicians who admit to signing bills they've never read... I see people every day who can't accept responsibility for their actions. It's like people don't care anymore and its all around us. We're all just supposed to sit back and watch as people continue to act dumber?

Its hard to satisfy every one on the water. I don't mind the pot licking because it happens. What I don't get is anchoring in a channel tht leads into a spot and going around them to be courteous means running your boat a ground. Kate's hole primarily.

I'm not piling on but there is a difference between a typo, maybe an incomplete thought and completely incomprehensible dialogue. Nobody is perfect but the point of message boards is to have an interaction. It's hard to do when one side of the conversation is struggling to communicate. That being said, I generally just skip over it if it's full of nonsensical short hand and run on sentences. I don't say anything because sometimes it's a child and they still need help. So all I'm saying is throw a few comma's and periods in there and everyone will be happy. Maybe even a space or apostrophe`. Even if they're. in the wrong spot. Very Happy

BTW, my wife is an English teacher by trade. I get it all the time. Exclamation

Geez.....I had a thought there that I mistakenly clicked on a thread on 2 Cool where potlicking rants are an everyday occurrence. A discussion on proper sentence construction and punctuation would escalate into having someone on that forum either banned or worse.
I am still waiting for the drum run in Redfish Bay as it seems it skipped our usual spots this winter?

You probably couldn't follow his directions and then there's the possibility he didn't know where he was. Just a thought.

potlicking is the best way to find all the super secret fishing holes. I usually like to come in on plane so it doesn't throw a big wake until I see if they're catching fish.
