| Every now and then I get a batch of shrimp that are so thin-shelled that they are hard to peel after boiling. I discovered they actually taste quite good, so normally just eat them now. Does anyone else do this, or am I just crazy? |

| Saw a recipe on food channel for soft shelled shrimp. I guess it is like soft shell crab; shelks soft after molting. |
