Any chance we could create a "Sticky" for a new contest?
2014 POTLICKER OF THE YEAR 2014 AWARD
We could have 3 categories
BEACH
BOAT
PIER & JETTY
We could take pictures and post the worst offenders with a decryption of the foul act. I would supply the prize for the most violated!!! Take a poll to determine the victor.
