I am new to Surf Fishing. I have tried to learn as much as I could. I understand that the further south you go from Bob Hall towards Mansfield the deep water comes in closer to the beach. I plan to try to catch a few Pomps and I was wondering if I have to drive to Big Shell to start fishing. are their any around the Fish Pass, Packery, or Bob hall? Thanks for your suggestions and I hope you all have a Great Christmas Season.

You can get them on Mustang and North Padre Island too!

Sapo nailed them between NPJ and Mustang awhile back...
clear water is the ticket....
