Took a bud of mine out this morning on his first surf fishing trip. Driving was like a highway until we stopped around the 10. Water was ugly (but weed free) for a ways out but it didn't seem to bother the fish. Drum were plentiful with a few reds and sheepshead mixed in. All fish came on shrimp, fishbites, or cut whiting.
